The Holy Trinity is Amazing

Thank You Lord that You consider me.

The thought of Your Magnificence is in and of itself Amazing and out of this world.

That GOD desires a relationship with us, with me, is Amazing.

We have fallen so far from God. Yet God pulls us close to Him and binds us to Himself through The indwelling of God’s own Holy Spirit. How truly Amazing is this!?

This is so far beyond human comprehension, that it takes the power of God’s Holy Spirit, to even slightly comprehend all of these Truths concerning The Holy Trinity.

*The Father.

Our Father. Our Abba. Our Creator. The One who formed all. The One who created all that there is. The One who has always been and will always be. The One who is always present everywhere. The ONE.

**Then we have The Son.

God’s Love poured out upon us in a Righteous and Amazing way. God’s Son, God’s flesh. Jesus Christ when He walked this earth was literally God clothed in flesh.

Yes, Jesus was born of flesh, but His whole being was filled with The Spirit of God. He may have had some fleshly character traits from Mary and Joseph but His entire Character, His Content was fully God. This is why no sin existed in Jesus. God’s Spirit filled every inch of His being.

We didn’t truly understand God’s written instructions, the law. So God had to physically show us, which He did through the birth, life, death, resurrection and Jesus’ Ascension into Heaven.

***This is where The Holy Spirit takes over.

Jesus left us God’s Holy Spirit, which His flesh once contained. When He was no longer flesh, only God’s Spirit remained. With no flesh to contain It, The Holy Spirit was poured out upon all of those who embrace Jesus as the payment for their sin. The complete and final payment.

This plan was enacted the day that Jesus Ascended into Heaven. This was God’s plan from the beginning of our fall, from the day we exited Eden. From the day that sin entered the earth and Satan was given permission to rule over the world. The world that we live upon but not in.

Grab ahold of God’s Holy Spirit with both hands. Hold on tightly and never let go. All of the lessons Jesus taught us throughout the time he was here on earth must be held near to our hearts and minds. God has given us all that we need to live on (but not in) this world.

Living in the world will get you stuck in this world.

Living on the world, you barely skim the surface. You get a couple of bumps and bruises, maybe a scratch or two from the world, but God will enable you through His teachings, Jesus and the indwelling of God’s Holy Spirit to keep moving forward.

We don’t get stuck.

God’s all the momentum the Christian Life needs to be prosperous. God knows what you need, God’s Kingdom comes first though. So when I say needs, I mean needs, not wants. Some will try to convince you that if you are a Christian all is well. Well maybe in our soul, but not on this earth. We live in a turbulent and chaotic world. Confusion and deceit are in the air. Satan is the evil ruler of this world. But remember this world isn’t meant to last forever, God’s Kingdom will though.

This world is rotting and decaying, one day it won’t exist. So don’t settle in here. We have to live on the earth but not in it. Don’t be of the world, just live on it. Remember that God’s first priority is building His Kingdom, not your comfort or wants.

Satan is fine with filling some wants and making you so comfortable that you really settle in. But Satan has his own agenda, and you’re just getting caught in the crossfire. He is hatred, lies, deceit, selfishness, chaos, impatience, doubt, fear, anxiety, panic, confusion and all things like this. Satan is against God.

God is Love. Satan is Hate.

God is GOOD. Satan is evil.

If God’s priority is building His Kingdom, then this should be our priority, as well.

Amen

Jesus’ “plea” or prayer to our Heavenly Father for us. This is so beautiful.

John 17:9-23

“My plea is not for the world but for those you have given me because they belong to you. And all of them, since they are mine, belong to you; and you have given them back to me with everything else of yours, and so they are my glory! Now I am leaving the world, and leaving them behind, and coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your own care—all those you have given me—so that they will be united just as we are, with none missing. During my time here I have kept safe within your family all of these you gave me. I guarded them so that not one perished, except the son of hell, as the Scriptures foretold. “And now I am coming to you. I have told them many things while I was with them so that they would be filled with my joy. I have given them your commands. And the world hates them because they don’t fit in with it, just as I don’t. I’m not asking you to take them out of the world, but to keep them safe from Satan’s power. They are not part of this world any more than I am. Make them pure and holy through teaching them your words of truth. As you sent me into the world, I am sending them into the world, and I consecrate myself to meet their need for growth in truth and holiness. “I am not praying for these alone but also for the future believers who will come to me because of the testimony of these. My prayer for all of them is that they will be of one heart and mind, just as you and I are, Father—that just as you are in me and I am in you, so they will be in us, and the world will believe you sent me. “I have given them the glory you gave me—the glorious unity of being one, as we are—I in them and you in me, all being perfected into one—so that the world will know you sent me and will understand that you love them as much as you love me. – John 17:9-23
