The Book of Ecclesiastes relates to every one of us.
We all fall short of the glory of God.
The Book of Ecclesiastes is not running from God, but passionately searching for answers, from God.
Solomon used his wisdom to test God’s limits.
Which in and of itself isn’t wise,
For me anyway, this is very relatable.
Having the wisdom to know better yet
not always using my best judgement.
The more a child knows,
the more inquisitive they become.
God is all throughout Ecclesiastes,
whether it be Solomon recognizing
God’s might and power upon living, life and eternity.
Or his comparison to God in everything in creation.
Solomon definitely tested God,
but he declares
In the end,
that
God is God
and
he is not.
